How We Work

Our work consists in systematic extraction, processing, use and updating of keywords, i.e. a glossary created especially for a specific customer.

We may work a little differently than you're used to.

Every translation is done by native speakers. Our translators don't just translate words, they translate the exact meaning taking into account the cultural context. All translations are thoroughly proofread by another native speaker, ensuring maximum accuracy and professionalism.

We obtain a unique set of resources that enter into our process of extracting and processing translation memories and terminology bases. We process these and produce the first versions of the glossaries, which then undergo validation, a process you can take part in if you wish. We continuously use our terminology extraction tools and customized AI tools.

Validated glossaries and translation memories are used by our linguists in translation systems on our clouds. We have everything under strict control. If you wish, you can get directly involved in the translation process. You can consult the ongoing translation with us online before we deliver it.

We will double check the final translation on the web, in PDF or any other format, just to be sure.
